Darth Vader's head is one of many grotesques (sorta like gargoyles) adorning the Washington National Cathedral in DC: "Darth Vader was placed on the northwest tower with the other winning designs: A raccoon, a girl with pigtails and braces and a man with large teeth and an umbrella."

To make things even cooler, Vader's visage was the design of 13-year old Christopher Rader:
