400 Years in Manhattan

Red and Blue

My good friend Noah Diamond is a multi-talented kinda guy. He writes poems, plays, songs, does political blogging and original stage satire. I've always enjoyed his various projects, but his NYC tours were the stuff of legend, the kind of event that could easily be the highlight of one's trip to the Big Apple.

Noah has an effusive and contagious love of New York City that goes beyond inspiring. He knows all of the hidden nooks and granny crannies of Manhattan, and he blends history, comedy and a kind of ragtag, easy-going but ponderous philosophy into a tour which gives more than just dates and details - it manages to shove NYC right up your nostrils, into your brain, where it festers and lays eggs.

I don't say shit like this often, but Noah's tours are a spiritual experience. You should go, you should definitely go if you can. Here's a promotional video for the show:

Treat yourself and get to know the best city in America while you're at it. And say hi to Noah for me, because I miss his bad jew ass.
